Security and compliance

  • Official sign-in: you authorize PMG Ads on TikTok's own authorization page. We never see or store your TikTok password.
  • Only what you authorize: each customer can access only the advertiser accounts they choose to connect.
  • Data stays with you: advertising data, imported leads and access tokens are stored on your own computer. We do not store them on our servers.
  • Encrypted token: access tokens are encrypted on your device and sign-in uses HTTPS.
  • You stay in control: the app changes an ad account only when you perform an action or when a rule you created runs, and every change is written to a local activity log.
  • Revoke any time: disconnect an account in Settings, or revoke access in TikTok for Business.
  • No data sales: we do not sell your information, use it for advertising or share it with third parties.

What is PMG Ads?

PMG Ads is a desktop application built by PMG for advertisers. It connects to your own TikTok for Business advertiser accounts so you can read performance reports, control campaigns and run automatic rules from one place.

Do I have to give you my TikTok password?

No. You sign in on TikTok's own authorization page and choose which advertiser accounts to share. PMG never sees your password.

Where is my data stored?

On your own computer. Advertising data, imported leads and access tokens stay on your device, and we do not keep copies on our servers.

What can the app change in my ad account?

Campaign status, budgets and names, and only when you perform the action or when a rule you created runs. Every change is recorded in a local activity log.

How do I stop PMG Ads from accessing my account?

Disconnect the account in the app's Settings, or revoke the authorization in TikTok for Business. Access ends immediately.

Which computers does it run on?

PMG Ads is a desktop application designed for macOS and Windows.
